  If zero stars were an option, I would have rated this Texas Roadhouse zero stars. Where to begin, the hostess / wait staff is completely incompetent with the inability to accurately give you an estimate with respect to wait time. They are more concerned about gossiping and standing around chit chatting as opposed to doing a competent job. For a party of 4 plus a high chair, we were told 10-15 minutes. We waited for well over an hour while table after table was seated. The hostess staff was incredibly rude and you could over hear them complaining about customers "Those A$&holes think they can do our job better than we can", simply unacceptable and disrespectful. The food was poorly prepared and mediocre at best. You order a Medium Rare steak and it comes out well done. Again, unacceptable. This particular Texas Roadhouse is a disgrace to the brand. Avoid like the plague. Hire competent wait staff that can accurately estimate wait times. No one has a problem with an hour wait if told an hour. People have a problem with an hour wait when told 10-15 minutes.
